MUSÉE DE L’AMÉRIQUE FRANÇAISE

Located on the site of the Séminaire de Québec, the Musée de l’Amérique française enables the vibrant discovery of French-speaking America through the political, social or artistic history of its men and women, past and present. In 1995, the Musée de l’Amérique française became part of the Musée de la civilisation, an institution whose track record for going beyond the norm is second to none. This is the spirit of openness and plurality in which the Musée de l’Amérique française is partnering with the Manif d’art 6 to welcome major contemporary artist Diane Landry, affording a fresh look at the national collection and pursuing the quest for innovation that has animated the site for almost 350 years, contributing to the promotion of French-speaking culture beyond its borders.
